Balance as Skill

Balance is a skill.  And skills improve or decay with either practice or neglect.

We lose balance because we stop moving and challenging our nervous system, not as a natural part of the aging process.

 

At Health & Performance Center, we seek to create balance and symmetry in joints and muscles.  Doing so produces improvement in posture and movement.  The standing kickback generates improvement on all levels.  It is not for patients just starting their journey.  On the contrary, every patient must develop their skill with the hope of mastering this exercise.

Getting frustrated with your current capability would be a tragedy.  So, embrace who you are today and progress to a better tomorrow.
