Too much tension on the inside of the leg can be a major problem.  When the groin is tight, the back is tense and the knees are twisted.  All bad things!

So, lengthening the groin muscles significantly improves overall health.  Therefore, you should work on them daily.  Because your computer pulls you forward and in, you have no other choice but to fight back.
