HPC Checkup Show – Episode 3

Why is it important to be Strong?

Hello Patient Family!

Welcome back to this the 3rd addition of the HPC Checkup Show. I hope you are enjoying the show as much as I am. There is so much that I want you to know and experience and your 10-15 minute sessions don’t give us all the time we need. The Checkup Show acts to supplement each patient with everything the patient family needs. I hope you can at least grab a few gems from each episode.

Episode 3 is all about maintaining and developing strength to live a full and robust life. Weak things break and decay easily, while strong things sustain and persevere. In the end, I want you to be strong. Right now, I want you to identify your weaknesses and attack them.

You are worth it. Enjoy the show.

Good Luck and #keepmoving

HPC Checkup Show – Episode 2

What a Weekend, A Tale of 2 Patients, & The Future is Bright

Hello HPC Patient Family,

Welcome back to the second episode of the HPC Checkup Show. We heard from a lot of you that you actually watched the episode… thank the Lord on High!!!

Seriously, we are going to do this regardless of how many people tune in because it is import. More important than the NBA finals. More important than the pending election. More important than whether or not you wear a mask. Why? Because it is all about you and your understanding of how to unleash you physical and mental power.

Last week was an intro, this week is all about the concept of activity and awareness. Here are the highlights:

  • Enjoy 2020 for anything positive it brings
  • Make sure your activity is broad and general – not just one thing
  • 1 Tale – the patient who lost his way (it happens)
  • 2nd Tale – the patient who stays on top of it (it can happen)

Good Luck and #keepmoving

Hello Patient Family,

Welcome to this the first episode of the HPC Checkup Show – A show dedicated to your progression towards greater levels of health and performance.

2020 has changed us quite a lot.  One of those changes has been the utilization and acceptance of video conferencing and video teaching.  We want to utilize that momentum to increase the value of our product.  Every Checkup Show will highlight general concepts that are critical to your short and long term improvements.  But, we will also discuss specific things that come up during the week to increase the show’s variance.

The topic for this week is, “Where Do You See Your Health in 5 Years?”

From Nutrition to Weight Training, Sleep to less Stagnation, we cover topics and solutions that will help you look good in 5 years.

Enjoy the show and #keepmoving
