Joking or not, she raises a question that is covered on a repetitive basis in the office. Many of my patients haven’t used their hamstrings in years or decades. Turning on the awareness and motor control to sync lower extremity to pelvis and rib cage for good functional movement can be… ah… well… yeah… a bit of a chore!
